The level crossing warning system produces audio and visual alarms to protect pedestrians and motorists from an oncoming train at the railway crossing road. The designs of the system can come in a wide variety of configurations, depending on the complexity of the street crossing and the railroad.

SAMSAM provides two standard types of crossing warning systems; regular type and extended arm type. Custom designed configuration is also available to fit the specific need by individual customer.

SAMSAM has developed its own LED technology to replace the classical filament bulb type signal lamp. That LED signal light offer superior signal visibility and brightness and virtually maintenance free for long period of time.

Regular Type Regular type is applicable for the railway crossing road with less than two traffic lanes. Standard configuration consists of flasher light, bell, warning signal light, error & stop signal light and stop sign. All of signal light use LED lamp. Cantilever Type Cantilever type is applicable for a wide railway crossing road where more than four traffic lanes cross the railway. Extra Warning Signal Lamp (two sets) and a Stop Sign are mounted on the cantilever horizontally compared to regular type.
